Alfonso Jahen Martinez
Alfonso Jahen Martinez, Founder & CEO of Jalaz Inc., began his construction journey in his early 20s, learning the trade from the ground up. His field experience gave him not only technical knowledge, but also the leadership skills and operational insight that now guide the company’s success.
Inspired by his father’s work ethic and passion for building, Alfonso carries forward a family legacy with a clear vision—create structures that are functional, efficient, and built to stand the test of time.

With over five years of experience, she has successfully coordinated projects from concept to completion, ensuring each one is delivered on time and with the high-quality standards clients expect. She works closely with her team and her brother, building not just structures—but also trust, commitment, and lasting results.
